In-Home Personal Training

I come to you. We train in the comfort of your own space with whatever you have, or I bring what you need. No gym membership required.

Every session is 60 minutes of focused, progressive training built around your body and goals. Resistance (strength) training is the foundation, with other forms of training built in, so you're not just getting stronger. You're moving better, feeling better, and building a body that can do what you ask of it. Every in-home package includes a full month of programming in your personal training app for the days I'm there with you and the days you train on your own. You also get direct messaging access for questions between sessions.

Online Coaching

Structured, personalized coaching from anywhere. I build your training program, guide your progress, and keep you accountable, all on your schedule.

Foundations — $150/month
Custom training program delivered through your personal training app, program updates every 4 weeks, messaging support during business hours, and a monthly progress review.

Coached — $250/month Everything in Foundations plus a weekly 30-minute video call for form checks, plan adjustments, and real-time coaching. This is the right fit if in-person sessions aren't practical, but you still want regular face time with your coach, especially valuable for women on GLP-1 medications whose bodies are actively changing.

Coach Christy Fitness is new, and the first three clients are helping me build it. In exchange for committing early and sharing honest feedback as we go, you'll get a founding rate locked in for a full year.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We talk! That’s all. I'll ask you about where you are right now, where you want to go, and what's been getting in the way. You'll get a chance to ask me anything you want. By the end of the 30 minutes, we'll both know whether we're a good fit, and if we are, we'll talk about next steps.

  • Absolutely. If your needs change, we adjust. No penalties, no hassle.

  • No. All packages are month-to-month. I also offer 3-month and 6-month commitments that lock in a discounted rate if you prefer. Sometimes that accountability is what it takes.

  • As long as it makes sense. Some women work with me for a few months to build a foundation. Others stay on long-term because their goals keep evolving. And some stay because they just want the accountability, and that's what keeps them showing up. I'm here as long as you need me. We'll talk about what makes sense for you on the consultation call.

  • Life happens. I ask for 30 days' notice so we can wrap things up properly and I can plan my schedule.

  • Some, yes. We'll talk about how to fuel your training and protect your muscle as your body changes. Anything more specific than that, especially around medication or weight loss, is outside my scope right now. I'll point you to a registered dietitian who can support you. I'll be offering nutrition coaching later this year.

  • I recommend GLP-1 clients train with me in person, 2x per week. The in-home package gives me enough time with you each week to coach progressive strength training, watch how your body is responding, and adjust in real time as you change. If in-person isn't the right fit for you, Coached online is the next strongest option. We'll figure out together which makes sense for where you are

  • Then we're starting at the right place. It’s okay if you haven't trained seriously in years, or ever. You don't need to be in any kind of shape before we start. That's literally what we're going to build together! Show up as you are. That's the whole job.

  • Tell me about it on the consultation call. I work with women navigating all kinds of situations: perimenopause and menopause, joint issues, past injuries, anxiety about starting. I can’t replace your doctor’s guidance, but I can build a training plan that works around it. If I'm not the right coach for what you're dealing with, I'll tell you.

  • Not right now. I offer in-home training because I recognize the barriers a gym can bring: lack of privacy, extra time going to and from, and waiting for equipment. My clients train in their own space, on their own schedule, with no one watching. I may add gym-based training down the road, but for now, I'm building around in-home and online.

  • Totally fair. I'd feel the same way. Here's what I want you to know: I'm certified, insured, and I treat your space with the same respect I'd want in mine. We'll always have a consultation first so you can meet me, ask anything you want, and make sure it feels right. And if in-home isn't your thing, I also offer sessions at my home studio and online.
