What a year of training looks like
Every woman's path is her own. Here's the shape of what we build together.
Sound familiar?
You've spent money on programs that didn't pan out and you're not interested in another one.
You want to know what this looks like beyond month one. What about month six? Month twelve?
You're wondering if this is a forever thing, or if there's an off-ramp when you're ready.
You want to feel like the investment is actually adding up to something.
You want to know what you're saying yes to before you say yes.
Why we train in phases
FOUNDATIONS FIRST
Strength is built on patterns. Hinge, squat, push, pull, carry. We start here so everything we build after has something to stand on.
PROGRESSIVE BY DESIGN
Your body adapts to what you ask of it. Each phase asks a little more than the last. That's how you keep getting stronger instead of staying the same.
BUILT FOR CHANGE
Your body, your life, and your goals will shift over the course of a year. The program shifts with them. On purpose.
How a year tends to unfold
01
FOUNDATION
The first phase is about building the foundation. You learn the patterns. You learn how I coach. By the end, you're not guessing anymore. You know what you're doing and why.
02
PROGRESSION
The middle stretch is where we push past the foundation. The training gets harder on purpose, because that's how strength is built. Heavier loads, harder variations, new challenges.
03
SKILL & STRENGTH
The back half of the year is where you start to feel what you've been building. The patterns and principles are the same. But the loads are heavier because you're stronger. New variations show up because you're ready for them. Skills that felt out of reach in month one start to feel possible. This is where training gets specific to where you are and what you want next.
The shift that changes everything
Most women will come to me with a goal in mind. Lose the weight. Get back to where they were. Fit into the jeans.
Goals like that have a finish line. And the problem with finish lines is that you stop after you cross them.
What we're really building is different. The work you do this year isn't about hitting a number on a scale or a date on a calendar. It's about becoming the kind of woman whose body can do what she asks of it. At 50. At 70. At 85.
Strength now is independence later. That's the shift.
What stays the same
A coach who knows your goals, your story, and is invested in your results.
A plan built around you, updated as you progress.
Direct access to me between sessions.
A clear answer to what you're doing this week and why.
Month-to-month, or longer if you need it
Every package is month-to-month by default. If you prefer the structure of a longer commitment, 3-month and 6-month options lock in a discounted rate. Sometimes that accountability is what it takes.
Either way, the plan flexes with your life. You can move between Coached and Foundations. You can add an in-home session or drop one. You can pause when life requires it.
No penalties. No hassle.
Train for life
Year one is the beginning. Not the destination.
What you build this year evolves with your life. The training changes. The reasons you do it change. The support adapts to what you need next.
That's what training for life means.
