  • Not at all. Most of my clients are starting from scratch or starting over. I meet you exactly where you are.

  • That’s one of the most common things I hear. I’ll teach you everything from the ground up. You don’t need to know anything going in.

  • No. I work with all women over 35 who want to get stronger and feel more confident in their bodies. I do have specialized experience for women on GLP-1s, but it’s not a requirement.

  • Every session is different because every client is different. Progressive strength training is the foundation. We also build in mobility, conditioning, and balance work so you're not just getting stronger. You're moving better, feeling better, and building a body that holds up. I coach you through every movement.
