The weight is coming off. Let’s make sure you keep what matters.

Strength coaching designed specifically for women on GLP-1 medications who want to protect their muscle, not just lose the number on the scale.

What the scale isn’t telling you

Your doctor prescribed the medication. Maybe they told you to eat more protein and exercise. But that was about it.

The weight started coming off, and at first it felt amazing. Then you started noticing things. You’re tired in a way that’s hard to explain. Your body looks different, but not the way you expected. You’re smaller, but you don’t feel stronger. Something feels like it’s missing.

Here’s what’s happening: when you lose weight quickly, you don’t just lose fat. You lose muscle, too. Research shows that up to 40% of the weight lost on GLP-1 medications can be lean muscle mass. That’s not just a number. That’s your metabolism, your bone density, your ability to carry groceries and keep up with your life at 55, 65, 75.

The good news? It doesn’t have to go that way. Strength training is the single most effective way to protect your muscle while the medication does its job. But not just any strength training. You need a program that’s built for what your body is going through right now.

What Makes GLP-1 Coaching Different

Training on a GLP-1 isn’t the same as training without one. Your energy is different. Your recovery is different. Your nutrition needs are different. A generic program doesn’t account for any of that.

Here’s what I do differently:

I program around your energy

GLP-1s can affect how you feel during workouts, especially early on. I design sessions that work with your energy levels, not against them. We adjust as your body adapts.

I prioritize muscle preservation from day one

Every exercise, every set, every progression is chosen to send your body a clear signal: keep this muscle. We’re not doing light cardio with 3-pound dumbbells. We’re building real, functional strength.

I track what matters

The scale is one number. I pay attention to how you’re moving, how you’re feeling, and whether you’re getting stronger. Those are better indicators of what’s actually happening in your body.

I coach the whole picture

Protein needs, training frequency, recovery, what to do on days when you have zero appetite. This isn’t just a workout plan. It’s a strategy built around your medication and your life.

I’ve been on this road

I’m not coaching GLP-1 clients from the outside. I’m on this medication for life. I’ve navigated the energy dips, the appetite changes, the weird relationship with a body that’s transforming faster than your brain can keep up.

I also did what most women on GLP-1s aren’t doing: I committed to progressive strength training from the beginning. I went from neoprene dumbbells to deadlifting real weight. I protected my muscle mass through the entire process. And that experience is what I bring to every client I work with.

I’m not going to hand you a generic plan and let you figure it out. I’m going to walk beside you through this because I know exactly what it feels like.

In-Home Training
Starting at

$360/month

I come to you. For most GLP-1 clients, in-home is where the work happens. Twice-a-week training gives us enough time together to coach progressive strength, watch how your body is responding, and adjust the plan as you change. Every package includes a full month of programming in your personal training app, plus direct messaging access between sessions.

Coached Online

$250/month

If in-person isn't the right fit because of your schedule, privacy, budget, or whatever the reason, Coached online is the next strongest option. Custom programming plus a weekly 30-minute video call, so we still have regular face time to adjust your plan as your body changes.

Your medication is doing its part. Let’s make sure the rest of the plan is just as strong.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you lose weight quickly, you don’t just lose fat. You can lose significant muscle mass, too. Strength training is the best way to protect your muscles while the medication does its job.

  • No. In fact, building muscle supports your metabolism long-term. The scale might move differently, but what’s happening in your body is better.

  • Absolutely. I design programs specifically for women in this situation. We start where you are and build gradually. Nothing reckless, nothing intimidating.

  • That's exactly why I'm here. Your prescriber manages the medication; I handle the training. You get a specific, structured strength plan designed around what your body is going through right now, not a generic "move more" recommendation.

  • As soon as possible. The earlier you start protecting your muscle mass, the better your results will be long-term.

  • Some, yes. We'll talk about getting enough protein to protect your muscle, how to fuel your training, and how to support your body through what it's going through on the medication. Anything more specific is outside my scope right now. I'll point you to a registered dietitian who can support you. I'll be offering nutrition coaching later this year.
